Assetto Corsa handles physics well. Just reduce the settings and resolution, and it won’t be too demanding on graphics (you need at least a GTX 460). The modding features are also outstanding.
It's unclear if AC would achieve double-digit frame rates with Intel UHD, even at the lowest settings and resolutions. The system struggled with R9 280X, which is significantly more powerful than the 10th gen UHD. The GTX 460 performs roughly twice as well as the UHD 770. Comparing GDDR5 to DDR3/4 isn't really meaningful. NFS Shift 2 seems like a reliable choice, and GTR 2 offers impressive performance even on simple tasks.
Physics mirrors actual physics, yet it remains far from realistic.
It's been quite some time since I saw that much VRAM as the minimum needed. P.S. I just remembered this useful tip: back then, I really enjoyed combining arcade and simulation controls, and it was quite challenging to master turns like 180, 360, J-turns, and reverse J-turns.
