Recommendations for steering wheels on PS5 and PC?
Hi everyone,
I've been considering purchasing a steering wheel for both PC and PS5 lately, especially after just starting to play Gran Turismo 7. The market is flooded with choices and variations, which makes it quite confusing. I've done some research, but I'm still unsure which one would suit me best. My plans go beyond GT7—planning to use it for other racing simulations like Assetto Corsa and possibly iRacing once I get more comfortable. I also want to try the Truck Simulator games, which I really enjoy, but others keep saying a wheel with a shifter provides a much better experience.
Right now, I'm evaluating two options:
Thrustmaster T300 RS GT
and the Logitech G923.
However, opinions on what's best seem to differ widely. While there are more premium models available, I'm aiming for a wheel that delivers strong feedback across a range of games.
From a budget perspective, I won't exceed around £550, but I believe this should still offer solid choices. I'd really appreciate any advice or recommendations from those with more extensive experience in steering wheels than I have.
