your pc is experiencing stuttering during gaming sessions. settings were adjusted to prevent it, but the issue persists even after changing max fps on valorant. consider checking for overheating, updating drivers, or testing with a different game. your hardware specs are solid, but performance might be limited by thermal management or driver conflicts.

Perform a fresh installation of the latest NVIDIA graphics driver. Open Task Manager, identify the cause of elevated CPU usage, and also monitor RAM consumption.

Check CPU clock speeds first. The board you own is known for a really bad VRM setup, which might cause throttling on your CPU. Open the BIOS and verify if the on-CPU TPM is turned on—there are reported stutters with AMD chips using the chip-based TPM, though it’s believed TPM needs to be enabled, especially with Windows 11.

I think replacing the motherboard would be a good idea. I turned on the TPM and will try it out. I'm using Windows 10.

It seems the system is experiencing performance issues. Check the CPU speed and temperatures in the screenshot to identify the cause. Monitor the VRM and CPU temps to determine what's affecting it.

I don't have a CPU cooler myself, but I can help you find one if you tell me your system requirements or the brand you're considering.

The CPU stats and boost frequencies seem off, but changing the motherboard isn't the first step we should consider.
