Recomendaciones para cables de internet Ethernet de 1 GB
It's pretty common to use standard equipment for this setup. Gigabit is widely available and has been a standard for quite some time, so you don't need much more than that. Usually I buy a budget TP-Link switch for around 20 euros and a 50-meter Cat 5e cable for roughly 30 to 40 euros. Then I craft my own cables using the Ethernet kit I found on Amazon a few years back for about 18 euros.
For 1 gbps, you need a cat5e cable. It can reach up to 2.5 gbps when both the network card and the device support the newest Ethernet standard; otherwise, you're stuck at 1 gbps. You can also use cat6 or cat6a cables, which handle up to 10 gbps and still work backward, making them suitable for 1 gbps applications. Cat6 is meant for speeds from 10 gbps to about 55 meters, while cat6a supports up to 100 meters at the same speed. It's rare to find ready-made cables in stores that are specifically rated for cat5e, since the newer standards are easier to achieve and using older ones doesn't save much money. Manufacturers typically opt for cat6 or cat6a instead.
