Hello,
I recently upgraded my graphics card from a 5600x to a 5800x3d and from a 3070ti to a 7900xtx nitro. As mentioned in the title, I’m experiencing severe microstuttering and very low frame rates—around 1% and 0.1%. I manage to hit about 120 FPS in Diablo 4, but often drop to the 90s or even 30s, no matter the resolution from 1080p to 4K. Other games are much worse. In Age of Wonders 4 at 1080p with all settings off, I average 60 frames but still see 1% and 0.1% drops in single digits.

I’ve done a DDU and reinstalled without updating drivers, then completely reinstalled Windows from scratch. Benchmarks on 3Dmark show consistent results for my setup. I tried swapping the 7900xtx for a 4080, but it didn’t fix the problem. Still stuck with these issues. I’m really seeking guidance here.

Rest of the rig:
MOBO: Rog Strix B550F-Gaming I
RAM: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance CL18 3600MHz
Power: Corsair RMX850W
Storage: 2TB WD Black SN850X

Have you tested any real-time monitoring tools to detect shifts in CPU/GPU/storage during this process? You might also consider running latencymon to identify any potential bottlenecks.
