Recently constructed but experiencing certain problems...
Hey there, I've been searching online for solutions to my problem. I recently upgraded to a new computer to fix the issues I faced with my old one. After setting everything up, it worked perfectly for a few days until the motherboard had some problems. I had it replaced at my MicroCenter. Once back home and reinstalling the board, things improved temporarily. But now I'm dealing with strange issues—like RGB software failing to detect certain components, some random glitches, and the G.Skill Neos RAM not being fully recognized by all programs. One debug light stopped working too. Most of these are resolved now, but the Neos RAM issue remains. Should I try replacing it or is there something wrong with my configuration? My system specs are: x570s Aorus Master (Gigabyte), Ryzen 9 5900x, G.Skill Neos 8x4 @ 3600MHz CL16 cooler, EVGA 360 radiator, MSI 3070 Ti GPU, Samsung 980 Pro NVMe drives, 1TB NVMe, 3TB Seagate HDD, and a 1TB Westerdigital HDD.
Additionally, I've been searching for my motherboard debug code since it mentions a 9 (the second part is unclear because the screen isn't working) but it looks like there might be an issue with USB. So far, I haven't connected anything else except my keyboard and mouse. I'm still trying to figure out the second digit or letter.
This problem might be resolved by installing a new operating system. The RAM was previously detected in the software, but it stopped working, and none of the troubleshooting advice or G.Skill’s guide provided a solution. I plan to give it a try and check if it helps fix the issue.
