Only file delivery would use QuickBooks for four users—considering that. Two spinning drives in RAID 1 could protect the data file, while Office and QuickBooks run daily on NVME. Daily backups of the data file would happen via USB drives. Does this sound reasonable?

No funds left, considering a B840 board. Uncertain about the spinning drives—maybe a WD Black or Samsung 980 NVME with heatsink. 32GB DDR5 RAM (Crucial or Kingston), and whatever CPU I can afford without breaking the bank.
