I'm facing issues with updating the BIOS on my Aorus Elite Ax V2 using Q-Flash Plus. Every time I insert the USB drive, the back panel lights up and it seems to stop. The only connections available are the 24-pin and CPU 8-pin cables. The file name on the USB is gigabyte.bin—anyone have any ideas about what might be going wrong?

Which storage device are you using? It seems to be a USB flash drive, and it appears to be formatted for FAT32. You had to test several options, but the 4GB Sandisk worked best for restoring access to your motherboard.

It's a large 32GB device with 16 GB of internal space

Would you like me to adjust the format? Do you have a different storage device available?
