Are you sure you need the newest BIOS? This specific motherboard is brand new, and Asus has just issued an updated BIOS for it.

Only modify your BIOS if you believe it resolves an issue. Issues during the process, like a power cut, may permanently damage your motherboard, making the risk unnecessary. Also, updating AMD AM4 boards can cause problems with older CPUs due to compatibility concerns.

I recall from last week that I modified my x570 motherboard with some unusual changes in the latest BIOS. Switching back to the original version resolved all my problems.
