I'm not someone who focuses on CPU throttling or fixes, but I guess the Master Chief character wouldn't stand a chance. In reality, though, it looks like you should be okay as long as performance isn't slipping. Your cooling seems decent, so you're probably fine. You might want to lower the overclock just in case.
The GPU is really powerful, so I had to add something inside for now. There’s a lot of air movement. My water temperature never goes over 25°C, and the GPU stays around 49°C while playing, which is fine. The only thing that stands out is a brief spike lasting about ten seconds. I’m not sure if i9 can get hotter than most, but it’s well within limits. I don’t know much about typical gaming PC performance.
Well, as long as nothing bad is happening, I think I'm right XD Overclocking aggressively is quite typical. I only have a 6th Gen i7 that's locked, so I'm not very familiar with CPU overclocking. In theory, if you don't want the spike, just lower the overclock settings. It makes sense because the CPU needs to load data and use resources. Hope this helps! Spectr3x
