so, there's a pretty big issue that i've noted, which seems to not only be limited to me what's wrong is that older TellTale Games titles have recently gotten a steam update that actively prevents the games from properly launching so far, i've noted that the games affected are the walking dead (seasons 1, 2, 3, and the michonne special), the wolf among us, and game of thrones i don't have any of the others, nor do any of my friends, but this leads me to believe that all games that have been pulled from the steam store have gotten this update as well as for what happens, it's pretty simple. when you click play, the game starts normally, the screen goes black, and then shuts down after like half a second i already tried checking any software that may interfere, and tried verifying the integrity of the files, as well as a complete reinstall, but everything gives the same result

other titles on steam function properly, and I don't see any suspicious games from outside sources except Steam. My confidence is mainly based on Steam, though. For instance, when I bought the games directly and they still won't launch, at least the paid versions should be available to users—like with Deadpool. The game was removed from the Steam store, but if you've already paid, you can still play it.
