I recently assembled a new computer system and am encountering sporadic frame rate decreases and freezes lasting approximately one second every thirty to sixty seconds during gameplay. During a recent FIFA session, the system froze completely and subsequently rebooted without any error messages. I require assistance in diagnosing and resolving this issue or at least determining its root causes. The following specifications are relevant: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x CPU, Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super Windforce GPU, MSI B450 Gaming plus max Motherboard, Patriot Viper 4 3733 MHz RAM, and a Corsair TX650M power supply. I attempted to disable Windows Game Mode and the Display Driver Version (DVR) function via system registry modifications; however, this did not resolve the problem.
