Hey there, I’m struggling a bit. I just bought an LG 27: Ultra Gear 240Hz monitor, but many settings are hidden in the internal menu and I can’t go above 60Hz. It’s working fine on my ASUS ROG M16 with these specs, and it shows G-SYNC compatibility, though it doesn’t seem to be activated. The display on my laptop is sharp. Could someone help me out? Thanks!

Connect the screen using DisplayPort. The laptop supports Thunderbolt, so a budget Type C to DisplayPort converter will work and enable the full refresh rate. Which specific monitor are you referring to? Do you have its model number?
