Hello, I recently purchased a new PC from Cyber Power PC. Games frequently close unexpectedly during play. I've tried Atelier Ryza 3, Dying Light 2 on Steam, and Diablo 4 on Battle.net, but the issue persists across all of them. You can find more details here: https://valid.x86.fr/hv83jn. So far, I've uninstalled drivers using DDU, reinstalled them, removed Kapersky from my system, turned off internet access, disabled Windows Defender, and checked the integrity of game files for one title (which appeared clean). When I tried playing Diablo 4 through Battle.net, it crashed—this suggests it's not just a Steam problem. I have no idea what to do since my PC only has Steam, Chrome, and standard Windows applications installed. Besides that, it includes TT RGB PLUS 2.1.2 and Thermaltake Tool 1.0.9, which I suspect might be related to the RAM or AIO cooler. I don't think those RGB utilities are likely causing the problem. My system runs Windows 11, and my PSU is an EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 GT 80 Plus Gold Fully Modular Power Supply rated at 1,000 Watts.

You're engaging in multiplayer games with anti-cheat measures that are interfering. After closing the game, you'll remove all such games, reboot your PC, and try playing offline titles without anti-cheat to test the results.

Anti-cheat functions seem to activate during gameplay and deactivate when the session ends.

I tried all three of these games on my old computer without any problems. The first one I ran on the new PC was Ryza 3, which doesn’t support multiplayer and kept crashing when it was the only program installed.

If you purchased a new PC from Cyberpower, I recommend reaching out to them. They offer assistance with new installations. To stay ahead, follow the instructions in this guide from step 4 to 8 to update your UEFI and drivers.

I believe I resolved the issue by adjusting the XMP profile to 1.25V rather than 1.4V. It appears to have worked.
