Remove the new RAM module and run a test on the PC. The motherboard supports four RAM slots; ensure the first and third slots are already filled when installing.

I placed the RAM in the preferred slots as shown on the motherboard—specifically 2a and 2b. I took out the second one, but it was still the same.
