Last night I was using my PC and suddenly the fans sped up, causing the screen to go black. After that, the computer attempted to boot, showing the ASUS logo which then faded back to black. Once I re-seated the CPU, GPU, and RAM, the system stopped booting completely. When I turned on power, all fans activated but the CPU cooler above the CPU didn’t light up. The issue seems to be with the cooling setup. Photo indicates it was last night when the boot failure occurred.

It seems like a part might have failed, possibly the motherboard, but that's not guaranteed. Start with the simplest setup—remove the SSD, use just one RAM stick in the furthest slot from the CPU, turn off the fans, and if you have an iGPU, remove the graphics card. Keep spare parts handy for future swaps.

It seems like your RAM stick is disconnected, leaving only the CPU and a black screen. It could be the CPU issue or a problem with the motherboard.
