Completely unfeasible to operate PC or upload videos. I can access Task Manager and Device Manager via Ctrl+Alt+Del, but I can't see the desktop or Windows Explorer. Navigating through Device Manager is not possible—it freezes. Issues with RTX 3070 R5 5600 B550.

Fixed by removing the newest MS Windows update via recovery mode, good luck with MS

Additionally, the newest NVIDIA driver was rolled back on Windows, but it also resolved the issue. Still, fck NVIDIA too.
