Hey there, I see you're having some issues with your new Ryzen PC. Let's go through this together. You mentioned connecting everything properly, resetting the BIOS, checking power supplies, and even trying external graphics, but still nothing appears on the screen. Have you tried checking the display settings or ensuring the graphics card is properly recognized? Also, make sure the RAM sticks are seated correctly and that the motherboard supports the graphics card you're using. If you're still stuck, sharing more details about the error messages or behavior might help us find a solution faster.

Consider inspecting your CPU for bent pins, verify the EZ Debug indicator light, and observe which lights activate. Additionally, ensure your motherboard isn't cycling by turning it off and on.

It might just be switching to a different HDMI or DP cable, as the external GPU also failed to connect.

Connect the monitor cable to the rear of the GPU, not to a motherboard socket.

I expected it to work, but after testing VGA, DVI, HDMI and even using the built-in GPU, the connection remained the same.

This seems like a challenging issue. It might be worth checking the CPU and motherboard connections, or even trying a different AM4 board to test compatibility. Let me know if you need further guidance.

I believe the issue lies here. The motherboard supports the CPU in BIOS version 1401, but it came with BIOS version 0305. There doesn’t seem to be a way to upgrade the BIOS using USB without the CPU. You might need to consider other options.

The motherboard requires a BIOS upgrade to accommodate the Ryzen 5600G processor.

Looking for alternatives without an additional AMD CPU? Consider other options like repurposing a different device or using software that runs efficiently on lower-end hardware.
