PC specifications include a Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX motherboard, an Intel 10700K CPU and a new 11700K CPU. The GPU is an RTX 2080 Ti, with 32GB of RAM and a watercooler from Corsair. The case is Lian-li Lancool Mesh 2 with six fans, and a 240mm watercooler. After a year or two, I upgraded my CPU because the microcenter nearby was struggling with the 11700K. I also tried transferring my OS using Samsung Magician after unlocking a new NVMe slot for the 11th generation CPU. My PC became very slow, especially when running games at low settings. I reset the OS, reapplied thermal paste three times, but still experience spikes and freezing during gaming or browsing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers multiple times, suspecting driver issues or outdated software. Despite a smooth system after restarting, I notice high CPU latency and occasional crashes. I’m unsure if the problem lies in the CPU itself, the drivers, or something else.

Checking the YouTube video demonstrates what typically occurs in most games I've played, even when not recording or streaming. Based on my PC specs, I thought I could manage most titles at high or maximum settings with minimal trouble. The right side of the HWInfo screen showed my GPU stats, which I realized were meant to display the GPU information instead of other details. Temperatures stayed under 67°C, voltage reached a maximum of 1.044, the clock peaked at 1995Mhz, and load remained at 94%.
