I changed from a Ryzen 7 3700X to a Ryzen 9 5900X after experiencing BSODs initially assuming the CPU was faulty. I replaced it with a working model and the issues resumed until after a Windows reinstall. The screen behavior changed to occur only with the 9500X RAM at 3200MHz DDR4 3060Ti using a 700W Corsair power supply, and this issue was limited to Windows and won’t appear during login or in the BIOS.

Turn off the xmp profile and check functionality, then adjust the RAM speed to your system's specifications.
