Needing help with troubleshooting a new am5 build. It powers on and the rgb ram turns off and on. But no boot to display. We have tried reseating the gpu, cpu and ram and have checked all the power connections but nothing seems to work even tried a whole diffrent gpu and still no display. Any help would be appreciated.

You allowed it to run for an extended period after the initial startup. During this time, when AM5 begins, it often requires 3 to 5 minutes or more to fully initialize and learn.

We paused for 15 minutes to practice ram training. Nothing happened afterward.

Curiously, do you have the 8+4 CPU connected? I saw a strange Reddit post where someone removed the +4 and then the board started working again.

We've connected it now, thinking it might fix the problem, though it had the same issue before we added the +4. I've got a video of the PC and its behavior, but it's quite lengthy for the forum.

Connect your monitor to the motherboard. The 7000 series CPUs include an integrated GPU, which helps eliminate issues with a faulty PCIe slot. Also, be sure to mention or quote others when responding so they can see it.
