Receiving the mantle choice isn't available in BF4.

Hey everyone! I'm using an AMD R9 290x with the newest stable drivers (14.4). The Mantle option isn't showing up in the BF4 settings, and I've checked if I set it to x64 in the game properties—no changes made. Anyone know what's going on or how to fix it?

Start from the original location, navigate to 'My games', right-click BF4 and choose 'View game details'. In the upper-right area, click the 'edit' button under 'Play'. Select 'Battlefield 4 x64' and press Apply. Check if this resolves the problem.

It seems the update was meant for version 14.4, but I'm not sure if testing it as a beta driver is worthwhile. They might be unstable. ^^

There might be minor issues, but overall it works fine. If you have any changes, you can simply go back to an earlier version.

Some users have noted the 14.4 device missing, and others suggest reinstalling drivers via Device Manager. Others deleted the driver file, refreshed it, checked VGA adapter settings, updated manually using the 14.4 folder files, and restarted the system.
