I turned it on without the GPU, so there was no screen. Then I had to shut it down from the PSU because the power button didn’t work. After that, I inserted the GPU into N, but the CPU fan is running slowly and the GPU fans aren’t turning on—no display at all. Need help!

I fixed it, the CPU fan is working properly now, but the GPU fans aren't spinning at all.

Hello there! Make sure your GPU cables are securely attached. Also, consider reinserting your GPU if needed.

Ensure the display cable connects to the GPU, not the motherboard I/O shield. Identify your GPU model. Remove it carefully and reinsert it.
