I've got an issue with my Maximus Xl using an i9-9900KF and a 3060 from MSI. It shows video but won't appear anywhere. I've been trying for about three hours without success, and the GPU driver updates keep failing. The Intel driver doesn't help either—I haven't changed anything in the BIOS/UEFI. It just doesn't work. Could you help me out? No matter who you are, please assist me.

The GPU shows video output, yet it isn't detected by Windows and the necessary drivers aren't available. Did you set up Nvidia GeForce Experience or a similar tool to handle driver installation? Have you recently replaced your graphics card, which might be causing compatibility issues with existing drivers?

I just received it, but I removed my previous drivers from the old card. GeForce EX fails to start every time.

Get the appropriate driver for your card from Nvidia's site. If possible, unplug your Wi-Fi adapter or Ethernet cable—it’s best, but not necessary if you have an alternative. Press and hold Shift while using the Power Options menu in the Windows key settings. Keep holding Shift until the restart option appears. Once it restarts, go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings, then select Restart once. After that, press (4) to boot into safe mode. Your PC will appear differently initially, but open DDU and use it to remove the GPU driver (follow the reference screenshot for details). After completion, your PC should return to normal without internet. Proceed with installing the GPU driver from Nvidia once it’s running. The installation window will flash several times; after finishing without errors, restart your computer. You can reconnect your Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection at this point. If problems persist, inform us and we’ll address further. This process fully removes the driver, clears cache, deletes related programs, and updates the registry, resolving conflicts more thoroughly than a standard uninstall.
