I need to understand
I've watched several tech videos discussing this type of hackable exploit on Windows. They mention that it can't be disabled in Win11.
A technician at a nearby store told me this mainly impacts laptops, but I'm curious—can there be a solution if the system can't be turned off?

Recall is presently limited to a few laptops and is only available in the beta version for a select group of those.

It requires opt-in participation, not automatic activation or disabling.
