Hope this is the correct location.
W11 PC / Realtek RTL8822CE
Unclear if it's a hardware issue, but here goes.
For several days I've had trouble connecting to the internet with my W11 PC. I can connect via laptop, tablet, and two phones on the same Wi-Fi network. Streaming YTTV on two TVs works smoothly without any issues. From this, it seems the network or router isn't the problem.
Using Wi-Fi, the PC cannot connect. The "Network Connections" section displays a strong signal. STATUS indicates about 355 million bytes sent and 123 million received. The diagnosis confirms "network connected."
IPv4 shows "Internet," while IPv6 shows "No network access."
In the Task Bar, the Wi-Fi icon is visible. Tapping it reveals that both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks have strong signals. The PC is roughly 12 feet away from the router.
I've also tried connecting via Ethernet. STATUS shows IPv4 and IPv6 as "No network access." The diagnosis states "Can't reach DHCP server."
Please suggest possible solutions.

When sharing details about troubleshooting, it's important to provide the full specifications of your system. Please include your build information such as CPU, motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU, chassis, OS, monitor, and the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, let me know if you've tried uninstalling drivers from Device Manager and reinstalling the latest driver from your prebuilt or device support site using an elevated command.

I’m still figuring out a lot about this setup.
CPU model and location are unclear.
Cooler and motherboard details aren’t known.
BIOS version is F.47 REV A 12-6-23.
RAM is 12GB, SSD/HDD is 512GB NVME.
GPU information is missing.
Power supply unit specs are unknown.
Chassis type isn’t confirmed.
Operating system is W 11 23H2.
Monitor is Samsung 522B310B.
Realtek shows the latest drive as 10-24-21.
HP provides a driver list—should I download the newest one and install it?
I’m not sure what an “elevated command” means.
WiFi connection is intermittent, usually dropping every few days.
I’ll share more details as I discover them.
