Hello !
One day the sound and microphones connected to the jack socket stopped working. I tested three microphones with different headphones, but nothing worked on other PCs. Neither the back nor front panel functioned. The system doesn’t display anything when I connect a new device.
I’ve tried reinstalling everything, watched many videos, even reinstalled the system, but still nothing. Only sound from my monitor connected to the graphics card is heard. I don’t think the front and back panels failed at the same time, so I’m giving up. Please help !

Hello !

I put the audio driver from the Gigabyte support website in place.

After setting up the Realtek driver and restarting the PC, the changes stopped affecting the system. I can still view only my monitor in the device list.

They don't. It's as if I'm not connecting anything. However, they function with a USB-to-jack converter.

remove the sound cable from the monitor and test again in the peripheral. If the post monitor displays NVIDIA audio, it may indicate an issue.

I don't have any audio cable connected to the monitor other than HDMI, which means I can't disconnect this one.

In the device manager, within view, ensure the hidden device is visible. Check the BIOS for any disabling status.
