I’m facing major problems with my Realtek 8852BE Wi-Fi card on the ASUS TUF-GAMING B650M board. The issue appears only on Windows 11 64-bit and is not present in my Linux dual-boot setup. On Windows, speeds are extremely low—about 1Mbps down and 1Mbps up—plus noticeable jitter over 100ms. Frequent disconnections, random "connection reset" alerts that restart briefly, and browser errors such as ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED are common. In Linux, the connection remains stable, with only a slight improvement to around 3Mbps, but still well under the 500Mbps plan speed.

Key problems on Windows 11:
- Very slow WiFi performance (near baseline)
- Persistent jitter above 100ms
- Unreliable connections and frequent drops

Linux experience:
- No interruptions or lag
- Smooth browsing and responsive apps
- Minor speed boost but still insufficient for demanding tasks

Tried several fixes: driver updates, network settings changes, DNS adjustments, and a full Windows reset. Nothing resolved the core issue.
