I purchased this laptop used and then examined the display settings. I noticed a discrepancy (2560x1440) but the "recommended" option next to 1366x768 seems unusual. Could this be related to software, or is the display actually a 2K model? I reviewed the datasheet, and the higher resolution listed is FHD. I have attached both the datasheet and the display settings images.

The model is available in multiple setups — HD and Full HD — and the choice you made determines the actual resolution. It's probably HD because that's what Windows displays.

I reinstalled the operating system on it, but the high resolution vanished.
