My system startup is over 90 seconds. This happened after upgrading to MSI MAG B460 with an i7-10700F at 2.9GHz. I used a Sata SSD and an HDD as secondary drives and a DVD drive. After installing Windows 11 from a clean install, the boot time remained around 90 seconds. Removing all other devices except the M.2 drive didn't improve it. Disabling memory training, flashing BIOS, or clearing CMOS didn't help. Please let me know if you need further assistance!

When your computer starts, it verifies several components, such as whether a DVD is present on the drive. It may also look for boot data on the auxiliary storage. Adjust your boot order in the BIOS to prioritize the main hard drive first.

I started with the boot option set to UEFI hard drive, using the Windows boot menu or a similar interface, and noted the disk name. I also attempted to save it as the last option to see if it would trigger any changes, but it didn’t make a difference. The priority photo is included in the attached file.

Disconnect all data cables except the main hard drive and clock. If it boots slowly, most issues are gone.

I mentioned turning off everything except the M.2 drive, but it didn’t work—I thought it was just disconnected from the disks, not from the motherboard. In BIOS it said nothing was missing, so it shouldn’t have affected anything. Still, I was still waiting 90 seconds.

I'll attempt this test but it's a new M.2 SSD. I cleared the drive in BIOS before, so it should be fine. It was booting slowly before, but now it started after the motherboard and CPU changes. I'll run the benchmark and let you know the outcome.
