Currently, I'm using an Intel 13600KF with four 8GB Corsair Veagence CL15 sticks at 3000mhz and a 4070ti processor. I'm trying to boost my CPU performance since my GPU utilization isn't close to 100% in games like the latest Battlefield 6. In more demanding, CPU-heavy titles, I hope upgrading to something like RipjawsV Series DDR4 RAM (XMP) 32GB (2x16GB) at 3600MT/s can significantly improve results. Other suggestions would be helpful.

A collection of 2x16GB DDR4-3600 CL18 modules would offer a clear upgrade.

I don't have enough details about your current build to suggest the best option. Consider if going higher than 3600 is beneficial based on your specific needs. Thanks

Games are constrained by either the CPU or the GPU, but not both at once.
To check if you're CPU limited, try this test:
Play your games, reduce resolution and visual effects.
This can slightly strain the graphics card.
If your FPS improves, your CPU is likely capable of handling better settings.
If FPS remains unchanged, you may be more constrained by CPU.
If you're CPU limited, faster RAM probably won't significantly change your gaming experience without a benchmark.
You could try another approach to test RAM performance.
Change your RAM speed or timings and observe the effect on games.
