Your setup appears to be powerful, but the test results seem inconsistent. The scores you mentioned differ significantly from your friend's, even though you're using the same hardware. Consider checking for software updates, driver issues, or file formats compatibility. Also, ensure your system is properly configured and not experiencing background conflicts.

There are various memory speeds available. The timings you mentioned could impact performance noticeably. Do you own the same CPU cooler as your friend? Your processor temperatures appear to be about 10°C lower.

we're working with identical BIOS versions only, while memory and GPU are changing. The Task Manager is functioning normally.

Only the memory timing is altering since I disabled my CPU.

Your storage affects your RealBench imaging score by tracking both edit duration and image loading speed. Setting up a RAMdisk, storing the RealBench folder there, can significantly boost your results.

Is this typical? The setup you described is unusual but not impossible. Using a high-end Xeon with a stock X5677 processor at 4.32GHz alongside an older 250GB HDD on the same system can affect performance.
