Hey, you're planning to swap parts for your build. Regarding the Wi-Fi card, your Intel M.2 Wifi6 Kit should work fine since it frees up a PCIe slot. The prebuilt unit already has its own Wi-Fi module connected to special metal components. If you move those metal pieces inside or outside the case, the prebuilt card should still function as long as it fits properly. Just check compatibility and placement before installing.
