I believe 8 is sufficient. I don't feel stutter when using 8 gb.

I'm glad to hear you're not stuttering. 8GB should work since you're not using the higher graphics options. That's a positive. But if you switch to higher graphics settings and play in Red Dead Online, you might need more RAM.
