RDR2 is not cooperating with my computer.
The title mentions I've been attempting to play RDR2 for a month, but the game crashes immediately upon launch with no logs in the event viewer or reliability history. I've checked the files, reinstalled it, followed a 12-step program, and even called an exorcist to fix it. 😀
Please help me resolve this problem.
Is the problem extended to RDR2 as well, or is it consistent across other games? Where did you obtain the game’s installer from?
It's only with RDR2. Looking up "RDR2 not working on windows 11" will clarify the issue.
I own a laptop, so the setup is set up this way.
Processor: i7 12700h
Memory: Unknown brand, but 32gb at 3200mhz
Storage: Unknown brand, 2tb SSD
Graphics: RTX 4070 with 8GB RAM usage 140watts
Operating System: Windows 11 23H2 (current version)
Display: Samsung G5 27-inch curved 4k screen
Corrected it. I went back to 531.79 Nvidia Driver and the game functions properly now.
