It runs more slowly when tasks are complex. I think I found the issue though. Checking around and in the Nvidia control panel, most GPU-related programs were limited to 40 frames per second, which wasn’t a global setting. It’s odd but it seems to work now.
I spotted the feature you mentioned, which seems unusual since the standard setting looks like it’s off or unlimited. It’s surprising your version had a limit without you adjusting it. Still, it functions, which is a positive outcome.
