I assembled a fresh system two days back with an RTX 3060 Ti, 16GB RAM, and a Ryzen 3 3100. The game says it doesn’t meet the required specifications—this could be due to the CPU.

I believe that's correct. The program expects at least an Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent, which might mean it's treating a Ryzen 3 as similar to a Core i3. Are you aware of version 1.16.200 or newer?

The 3100 features Metro Exodus and other titles utilizing ray tracing, though not all games include this feature.
