I've been dealing with a client lately who's been acting strangely. She received a fake invoice attachment and later noticed discrepancies when checking her bank online. She was especially frustrated because I declined to install Rapport, which the bank suggested. My boss told me it was a PoS system and discouraged doing that. Why am I here—what do you think about Rapport? Is my boss correct or the bank?
