Trying to play a 3.05 GB MP4 on your PC causes the video to play awkwardly and stutter. Despite having a solid setup—Windows 7, 64-bit i5, 2500 MHz processor, 16 GB RAM, R9 280x graphics, ample free space—I’m still facing playback issues. The media player’s Classic app and the K-lite codec pack don’t seem to resolve the problem. The output settings in View → Options or changing the audio renderer didn’t help. Could there be another factor affecting playback? Anyone have suggestions?

Klite isn't very good. I recall gstreamer working on Windows, though... Consider another codec pack. Use VLC instead.
