@Stahlmann The feature is active. By the way, the lag appears in every game. A few are only slightly more obvious.

I've experienced a very uncommon situation where my game ran smoothly at 144Hz, yet my mouse remained stuck at 60Hz. Changing tabs and restarting the game resolved the problem for me. Recently, I haven't encountered this issue again. If you need more assistance, feel free to ask. Good luck!

Unfortunately, it doesn't function properly in that way. However, it seems like the mouse is stuck at 60Hz while the cursor moves slightly beyond my target, which is quite odd.

Check the NVIDIA driver options and turn on the "Ultra low latency mode." It might improve performance.
