I experience these kinds of drops consistently across most games I play (Counter Strike 2, Fortnite, Valorant, though Valorant is less frequent). I’m unsure if the problem lies with my hardware or software and wonder if there’s a tool available to capture logs that show exactly what happens on my PC at those moments. Here’s a clip from the situation:

My PC specifications are:
MSI MAG B550m MORTAR
AMD RYZEN 5600X
DDR4 2x8GB RAM
EVGA 750W GOLD
RTX 3070 TI

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
EVGA is the manufacturer of the device, and 750W represents its advertised power output. Could you identify the model and its age?
It might be helpful to check your current BIOS version for your motherboard and see if there are any pending updates for your operating system.
You have a DDR4 2x8GB RAM kit—do you have a link to it?

I'm sorry, the EVGA model I have is this one:
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 GT 80 Plus Gold 750W. I've used it for about a year and a half. The OS updates are up to date, but the BIOS version is from 2021. The RAM is
CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO
Thank you in advance.

Do you need assistance? Also, I'm experiencing significant drops in Fortnite while moving around the map. My monitor is capped at 240Hz, yet I still see frequent interruptions. It seems to fluctuate between 50 and 120Hz, then stabilizes, making it feel like I'm playing at 60fps on a 240Hz screen.
