Hello,
I've dealt with BSODs before and I managed to resolve them by identifying the issue. However, this one surprised me because it occurred unexpectedly:

system_service_exception
It appeared repeatedly at 0% and happened after I reported a cheater on Steam, which increased my anxiety. After the PC restarted but remained stuck on the BIOS screen, I reset it using the reset button. This time the screen was blank—black—but I was puzzled since my monitor detected the GPU, yet the BIOS wasn't visible. The disk LED also didn’t light up, leading me to suspect the SSD was failing.

I had concerns about the SSD before, especially knowing it’s the HP S650, which has a history of issues like random 100% usage and failure within weeks. I wasn’t too worried about the SSD since it was easily replaceable, but the lack of BIOS display made me think it might be the main problem.

Additionally, Windows 11 could have been involved since the SSD seemed to function well for a few weeks before suddenly failing.

Have anyone else experienced this situation?

I have experienced BSODs before and when it happened it's about I knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it,
+
this SSD that I have is well known for its problems, the HP S650, from random 100% disk usage to dying in a couple of weeks of use,
The 100% disk usage would be a clear indication of memoryleak i.e, your OS was corrupt. Where did you source the installer for your OS?
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?
