I upgraded from a 5950xPC to a 7950x3D yet the micro stutters persist. It's not causing game issues but it bothers me. Is this typical for CS:GO? Everything operates smoothly at a stable temperature. On my machine, the 7950x3D hits 61°C and GPU reaches 60°C during gaming. My setup includes an Asrock x670e Taichi 7950x3D with 3070, 32GB RAM, 6000MHz, 1300psu, Arctic Liquid Freezer II, and a 280W PSU.

Your frame rate is around 400-600 fps, but you're experiencing 240Hz output. This might be due to your monitor or display settings. Check if the refresh rate matches your monitor capabilities.

Check if enabling VSync improves the issue.
