I've seen some unusual frame drops in Overwatch recently. At full resolution and maximum settings, I'm usually stable around 90 FPS, but there are random dips to as low as 30. It's especially noticeable during competitive matches. Have you noticed this too? Could it be a temporary issue or something more consistent? There might be ways to improve consistency without changing your settings.
Stop launching the Battle.net app automatically when you begin playing. It only needs to appear in the system tray. You can choose to minimize it to the tray each time you start a game.
