I frequently encounter unexpected frame drops. What steps can I take to resolve this? My CPU usage in one of my factories stays between the 40s and 60s, while GPU utilization also remains in that range. The hardware in question includes a 5600 and a 6600xt, with around 7100 MB of VRAM. RAM is approximately 13 GB. Temperatures are consistently in the 60s for both parts. PBO and resizable bar features are active. Frames per second typically sit between 50 and 70.

GPU operates at 1.150 volts, with a maximum clock speed of 2800 MHz and a low end of 2700 MHz.
