You're encountering strange, hidden folders popping up in various places like Documents, C Drive, and D Drive. Inside these folders, there are files with random names that don't show any content. When you remove a folder, it seems to reappear almost instantly with new filenames. This behavior is unusual and could indicate a hidden or malicious activity. It might be worth checking your system for suspicious files or considering a deeper scan if needed.

It seems like a typical Trojan infection, once they’re embedded in BIOS or RAM firmware, removing them is very difficult without a new setup. Right-click any file, open properties, and check the details to find connections that might help track it down.

Get the free trial of Malwarebytes and run a scan—could catch something hidden and wipe it away.

I'll test it out and find out what it does! Many people mention Malwarebytes but haven't tried it themselves.

It also indicates it lacks a digital signature, which is concerning. Have you set up OpenOffice on a different machine? Are you using Windows 10?

You can verify the file isn't digitally signed by checking its properties or using a tool to analyze signatures. Since you're on Windows 10, built-in features should help identify any missing or invalid signatures.

The file is digitally signed indicating the owner is administrators, not your PC's name. This pattern is typical of a replicating trojan. When you check the image, it comes from freegamingwonderworld.com, which suggests you may have installed it yourself. If you were downloading hacks, you're correct—this confirms your suspicion. Be careful with anything labeled free; the internet can be as risky as using public facilities.

You have plenty of PUP files! Verify the list you have installed. Removing them can be challenging, so try taking a screenshot of your msconfig or services section and share it here for assistance!
