Hi everyone!
I’m looking for any help or suggestions.
I’ve been experiencing a problem where my game crashes after a few seconds, followed by a system shutdown and an error stating the last shutdown was unexpected.
I’ve checked the health of both M.2 drives and run Windows memory diagnostics—both show no problems. I’ve updated all drivers to the latest version from yesterday, and everything seems normal in temperature. I’ve also re-seated all components and confirmed all power connections are secure.
This issue only occurs during gameplay; idle or browsing works fine. The last fresh Windows install was six months ago, and no new hardware has been added or removed.
Any advice or additional details would be really helpful.
System specs: Strix B550-F, Ryzen 9 5900x, Strix 3070ti OC, Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 3000mhz CL16, RM850x, H150i Elite Cappelix XT, 6x QL120, 1x SP120, 980 Pro 1TB, 970 Evo Plus 250GB.

cpu remains idle between 40-50 degrees, gpu stays at 30-40 degrees during gaming, while cpu reaches 70 degrees. Gpu performance has been the lowest I've observed, around 64 degrees.
