For a few months now, my computer has started acting strangely. It randomly hitches while I type, becomes unresponsive for a brief moment, then returns to normal. This has happened three times so far. I don’t remember exactly when it began, and I’m unsure if it’s related to something I installed recently. Beyond games, I haven’t installed anything this year either. The issue gets worse when Wallpaper Engine is running, even with just my standard wallpaper. I’ve tried everything possible—full reinstall, using a backup, updating drivers, reinstalling Windows updates, and checking all settings. I’m not sure what else to try, anyone have any advice?
Open the performance tab in Task Manager, capture an image, and share it. Could be your hardware is handling too much load? I’d also review thermal data using HWinfo.
