It's always wise to test things out. Knowing it's a common weakness today is helpful.

I doubt memory testers for DDR4 and newer. Often they catch bad RAM too. I favor running the PC normally with one stick at a time. The shutdown problem seems unrelated to RAM. Physical damage is possible, but normal failures are rare. For memory issues, main culprits are RAM, storage (Page file), and CPU. Storage problems usually point to drivers or crashes like Kernel_Data_Inpage_Error, Unexpected_Store_Exception, or WHEA_Uncorrectable_Error if Arg1 is 0x10—maybe missing a few. Could you verify if you have any WHEA events? In Event Viewer → Windows Logs → System, choose "WHEA-logger" from the Filter Current Log menu. If you see events, it’s likely the CPU. Right-click and save them to 4-5 files (or as many as you have) for me to review. Upload the dump files to the forum.

Yeah, my X570-P is experiencing second m.2 disconnects and crashes when the battery drops below 2.9V. At first, I sent it back for replacement and got a working NVME, but the problem came back with another unit, so I investigated further. This situation helped a few forum users—one had the same issue. When the main battery failed, it read only 2.3V, and unlike older non-UEFI boards, the system didn’t reset its BIOS settings.

No, I didn't have any luck with the drivers.
