I just took this machine out of storage to try again. The latest BIOS was installed, but the problem persists. It only boots when Intel Turbo Boost is turned off in the BIOS settings. I’m wondering if there’s an issue with the motherboard. Since I don’t have a backup board, I’m considering buying a used one.
